Cafe Sarwaa is perfect! The staff is incredibly respectful, and they have power outlets at almost every table. The lighting is warm and there are always other female freelancers working there. Very safe to sit even post-sunset.
I second Cafe Sarwaa. If you want a place with great coffee, check out Eve's Coffee too. It has a beautiful garden seating area and the hosts are very accommodating. Quiet on weekdays.
